Hi moms and dads, can you believe Christmas was a month ago? For some reason it seems like a 10 million years ago to me. Maybe that is my new life with a toddler around.
I wanted to give you a quick update on a few things coming up.
First off, events:
January 28th-Kansas Day Party
January 28th-Scholastic Book Orders due to me or online
February 3rd- 100th day of school
February 4th-No School. Teacher Work Day
February 9th and 10th-P/T conferences
February 11th-No School. Teacher Work Day
February 14th-Valentine's Day party
February 21st-No School. President's Day
Parent Teacher Conferences. We start spring conferences Wednesday the 9th in the evening. These conferences are a general update on how your children are doing. We will discuss reading levels, math goals, behavior, and our summer program for the district. They've made some exciting new changes for Kindergarten.

100th day party: Thanks for volunteering. This is a pretty laid back rotating party. The kids love it though and it's a great all-day math lesson.
